CNY 2009 at Thean Hou Temple

I know this is way overdue but hope it brings back some CNY mood. I’ve been here 3 years ago during CNY and still it looks pretty much the same. They still have the 12 animals of Chinese Astrology lantern at the front, which is well preserved. It is always a good time to go there late in the evening, so that you can take pix with daylight and with bright red lantern at night.

Thean Hou temple sure looks nicer at night with those lanterns lit. When I last went it was noon and it wasn't as interesting as yours
